Create File Copy

Please note that this function will create an identical file copy, which will occupy additional storage space. The "Duplicate" function ensures you have multiple independent files with completely identical content. If you need to store files with the same content in different folders separately, you can use this method.

Create New Library

You can create another library, set up different folder classification structures, and then add files from the original library to the new library. The specific steps are as follows:

Click on the current library name in the upper left corner, open the menu and find "Create Library"
Name the new library according to your personal needs and set the storage path, then establish the required folder structure in this library
Return to the first library, select the files you need, right-click to open the menu, find "Add to Other Library" and select the newly created library
